How do we Select our Winner:

Step 1: Make Your Guess: Write down your best guess of the final sale price on the entry form in the link. Be sure to consider the property’s features, market trends, and your own insights.

Step 2: Submit your entry before February 16th at 5 PM online

Step 3: Wait for the Sale: Once the property sells, we will review all guesses.

The winner will be the person whose guess is closest to the actual sale price of the property.

In the event of multiple correct guesses, the first submitted entry will be declared the winner.

The winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form.

Prize Collection:

The winner will receive a $100 gift card of their choice from a selection of retailers.

The gift card will be available for collection at our office from the 17th of February 2024.

Terms and Conditions:

One entry per person.

Entries must be received by 16th of February before 5PM.

Employees and immediate family members of the agency are not eligible to enter.

The competition is open to neighbors and potential buyers.

The decision of the agency is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
